Un morceau de veau merveilleux, cuit à perfection, a été nettement dégradé par une réduction balsamique/soja/sesame qu 'il me prend 5 minutes à faire à la maison, lorsqu 'il aurait été sublimé par une simple sauce gibier classique: vraiment dommage. Repas vraiment exceptionnel dans ce restaurant situé dans le centre de Bergerac. Des produits vraiment locaux, de grande qualité, sublimés dans des recettes reflétants à la fois la gastronomie française et la technique du chef. Une carte des vins très sympathique à tarif doux, un service très agréable dans son intégralité et un chef qui est venu nous saluer gentiment et échanger quelques mots à la fin du repas avec nous. Le prix semble bien faible par rapport à la qualité du repas, on se demande pourquoi ce restaurant n'a pas sa petite étoile alors que beaucoup ne la mérite pas....Adresse à recommander et à faire partager au maximum, le talent du chef mérite sincèrement d'être reconnu.Merci...
We were a little disappointed. We already waited 20 minutes to get the menus, but bread with seaweed butter made us wait. My husband, a meat eater, had difficulty cutting his piece of beef which was a little too stiff (our neighbor at the table also). And to conclude, my Bergerac was served to me in a glass that must have come out of the dishwasher because it was hot. You will tell me, I was able to point this out to the waitress... Otherwise My perfect egg was perfect, transparent.
Destination Bergerac for the daywalk. The lunch break brought us to L'Imperfait where everything was perfect unlike what his name might leave under heard. A warm setting with a beautiful fireplace, very good reception, competent and attentive staff, generous dishes at all points of view. And what doesn't spoil anything, they're open every day. It's my favorite restaurant right now, we're going regularly.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Tasteful setting, attentive service, good value menu for the wonderful quality and expert cooking we have enjoyed. We chose €54 menu, both foie gras and tuna taki as well as veal were delicious.
