Pas grande chose à rajouter aux autres commentaires très positives, pourtant je souhaite laisser qqs remarques dans l 'espoir que l 'équipe prenne conscience des petits bémols. 1. Surtout et surtout, cette tendance dans nos plus beaux restos de faire appel aux parfums et saveurs asiatiques est depuis très longtemps dépassée. Un morceau de veau merveilleux, cuit à perfection, a été nettement dégradé par une réduction balsamique/soja/sesame qu 'il me prend 5 minutes à faire à la maison, lorsqu 'il aurait été sublimé par une simple sauce gibier classique: vraiment dommage. Bergerac est déjà doté de 2 excellents indiens et plusieurs chinois/vietnamiens. Laissez les faire leur travail. 2. Le jeun...

We were a little disappointed. We already waited 20 minutes to get the menus, but bread with seaweed butter made us wait. My husband, a meat eater, had difficulty cutting his piece of beef which was a little too stiff (our neighbor at the table also). And to conclude, my Bergerac was served to me in a glass that must have come out of the dishwasher because it was hot. You will tell me, I was able to point this out to the waitress... Otherwise My perfect egg was perfect, transparent.

Destination Bergerac for the daywalk. The lunch break brought us to L'Imperfait where everything was perfect unlike what his name might leave under heard. A warm setting with a beautiful fireplace, very good reception, competent and attentive staff, generous dishes at all points of view. And what doesn't spoil anything, they're open every day. It's my favorite restaurant right now, we're going regularly.

A perfect welcome from the booking, restaurant, meals, personal everything is perfect, delicate dishes given to perfection, the atmosphere, this beautiful fire in the fireplace, the attentions with a lot of simplicity and delicacy at the same time and then I who don’t drink alcohol I was entitled to a divine cocktail. A very nice discovery! Nice little warm restaurant. A nice welcome from the room staff, listened, attentive ... For the kitchen nothing to say fresh products (season products, homemade bread... , very nice presentation of plates, the chef is equally attentive! Bravo to the kitchen staff and the room staff.
