L'incontournable

bluffed by the course of this Alsatian cooking apprentice ( koenig swimming pool) who had won the 2015 season of top chef, we were looking forward to opening his hotel to enjoy all his talents. a simple and very pleasant setting, no allusion to the television experience of the young Alsatian chef. service is impeccable, the map is varied and seasonal, suggestions are so appealing that it is difficult to make its choice. The addition is correct....Break,...... everything was good: a delectation!!!! it is now inconceivable for us, to come to colmar without having reserved our table to the uncontourable. a single regret, a little cuckoo of the leader would have been appreciated, would not be that to congratulate him in the voice.
