Welcome cold, quick service! When we get back from the cigarette break, we find that all our tapas were unpacked without asking permission. We did not fail to report it to the server in charge of our table. I never came back with the answer, but we were cashed without any other action! Pay attention to your way of interacting with your customers!
We're gonna get you a tiramisu and a chocolate melt, will you? , two desserts for six people, is not a formula to ask if the customer would like dessert but a proposal to accept a surplus from the restaurant. In the end, nothing is offered and taken up with a condescending official asking to pay (desert frankly bad in addition)
Ambiance and decoration up. Nice waitress. A high quality restaurant. A great local magret, not too fat and scary. I highly recommend the tasting tray of 5 different beer galopins brewed in the restaurant. Anyway, for me, Agen's best restaurant.
