What a wonderful restaurant. only fresh products. the chef Francois cooks all excellent and refined dishes. a lot of original creation and great qualite. We were looking forward to discover in the morning the excellent dishes we were going to taste in the evenings. a visit absolutely during a canet pass in roussillon.

J’ai eu le plaisir de dîner avec mon conjoint au restaurant L’instant que j’ai adorée. Une cuisine raffinée qui vous laissera sans voix. Le fromage frais était sublime. Je recommande vivement si vous êtes de passage à Canet.
