I had the chance to stay at the hotel ibis city of the region of Toulouse a few months before the pandemic and discover this fantastic restaurant. More years later, my dinner was once more wonderful: tuna sashimi, ginger stuffed with cabbage and an apple in the oven worked in several ways.
