In the beginning of august I started at lions choice. I was promised full time hours, the opportunity to get my servsafe, etc, etc.. it was a lie. They shut down the store BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS. They told us “Pick a store and you’ll get a schedule there” it’s been THREE WEEKS since I have worked. Where’s my grocery money, where’s money for my bills coming from? My money tree??? They sold the store to a bank and instead of offering any employees some type of severance, bonus, or anything for sticking it out at the store. Nothing. My first time going was at this location. My sandwich was cold/room temp. And it was smashed and hard like someone punched it? And left it on the counter for a few hours. The NICEST people here. They always greet us with a smile and most remember our names. It’s become our regular lunch spot because the food is yummy and priced well. (And the fries are THE BEST). My family LOVES Lion’s Choice. My husband Ryan goes there with his coworkers every week and he got us hooked on it too. The seasoning is awesome we put that stuff on EVERYTHING!!!
