We were in Limoges sight seeing, a lovely day we had just been to the cathedral and thought we'd like a bite to eat as it was 2pm.Nearly everywhere was shut or shutting up, something I still find hard to understand in France. I have no idea why some people moan about this exxy Bistro style faux Oirish gaff.We speak French & English. Never had a problem in either language. In fact the staff try to speak English (if they hear your accent) because they understand that is everyone's 2nd language and they want to make life easier for foreingers! That is unusual in this part of France. Trust me. Been here 14 years.The Fish & Chips are still as good as ever (several smaller thick chunks of battered loveliness accepted). I adore. A must-see place when visiting Limoges. Beautifully restored historic district 100m from the Cathedral and the magnificent gardens of the bishopric. Very good catering. Excellent pub atmosphere. Good beers and very nice bar. Young, friendly and dynamic team. To frequent without fail.

We are always very well received, the kitchen is really excellent! The choice of beer has the pressure is huge! In short, nothing to say, you'll spend a great time in Ireland whether it's a couple, a couple or a family!
