L'Istanbul Kebab - Reserva de mesa

This is not fine dining but a real treat for the tastebuds. The authentic Kebab on it's circular rotisserie is plain and ordinary but the rest of the menu is extraordinary! Lamb, veal, chicken all cooked and marinated in different ways. The take away service is quick. The restaurant service as well is great the yogurt dip and the toasted breads are lovely and done freshly for your table. We had the set meal for two which was an enormous plate of different meats cooked over charcoal with home made chips, fresh crispy salads and as much Harissa as you wish. C'est sans doute le seul kebab d’Alençon qui propose une vrai salle de restauration et c'est sa principale qualité. Certes la salle n'est pas très moderne et n'est pas spécialement belle mais ce n'est ce qu'on lui demande (après tout un kebab n'a jamais été un cadre pour un diner aux chandelles ou le lieu pour un diner d'affaires !). Ce lieu convient donc tout à fait pour un déjeuner simple et pas cher mais il ne faut pas en demander plus. Quant au kebab dans l'assiette, ce n'est pas le meilleure de la ville (inutile de dire lequel est-ce, tout le monde le connaît) mais cela reste honorable.

1 étoiles pour le kebab, car en soit il n'était pas mauvais. 1 étoile pour le fait maison (frites), mais froides ...Aucune étoile pour le lieu, mobilier ancien, devanture vieillottes, l'accueil des plus froids, franchement pas accueillant ! Et enfin, que dire de la propreté !!! GALETTES POSÉES SUR UN TAPIS DES PLUS RÉPUGNANTS PAR SA PROPRETÉ ! Franchement très loin d'être le meilleur d'Alençon !

I don't understand certain posts that report on a restaurant meal to flee. It leaves me perplexed. Also after reading the comments I decided to enter here. The reception is the friendly service is fast and good. The room is nice and beautifully decorated. I advise this place that will see me in my next passage Reserva una mesa ahora

C'est un bon kebab.La nourriture est correcte.Les frittes sont bonnes mais elles étaient servies un peu tiède.Le lieu est propre. Il y'a beaucoup de places assisesLe service est rapide.L'établissement est situé au centre d'Alençon.

cross the corner, and without regret the crispy fries house a mellow bread a generous garnish and everything for a short price I certainly recommend without doubt Reserva una mesa ahora

Have eaten here on several occasions and found the food to be very good and the service excellent.Where else can you get a chicken kebab and chips for €8 ?

I had the chicken and it was great, fresh salad, great sauce and very reasonably priced. Definitely be back next time I’m in town.
