If I can give them a 0 I will, they are so unprofessional I went to pick up my order and they drenched my order in cheese (I have order here before)I called and before I could even finish they said there is nothing we can do I 'm lactose and tolerance I don 't have a problem with a little cheese but it was DRENCHED and the manager hung up before I was done speaking do not recommend over priced and with customer service like this they gonna bring down business and the lettuce in my co workers order wasn 't washed correctly.
Just randomly found this place online and I added photos of the chimi spot , lots of food the employees are friendly and attentive, they have a lady working there, she’s beautiful and super friendly, I paid she gave me a paper receipt and i went in on my order… ?? tostones longaniza, cerdo ?,a chimi de res with everything a morir Sonañdo drink to wash it down, I recommend coming here and I will be returning again for more , i hope everyone finds this helpful. Omg the food was amazing im satisfied max??????
I feel like their quality has gone down. I been coming here for years and the chimi or the meats are not the same. The other day I ordered picadera and the orejitas, you can tell they didn’t even clean it. It was so gross. It was fullOf hair, like it was not edible. I had to trow it away. Very disappointed at them for that bc they cook good but come-on That was disgusting
The food arrived cold and the beef was tough, chewy, and had an unusual taste. The fries were even worse than those found at a school cafeteria - hard to bite into and hollow on the inside. The mixed berry smoothie seemed to be made with mixed berry Chobani yogurt and milk, lacking thickness and any real fruit content beyond what was in the yogurt.

Usually I don’t have problem with this place since I order frequently until yesterday.In my order I added a order of bacon which I was charged separately and never got it I call the place and they said that will be deliver soon.. I never got the order of bacon or my money back that’s why I give 2 starts
Don’t believe on their business hrs ! They close 2 hrs earlier than it shows . I called they took my order and I drove 20 mins to come get it for them to have the gate down and tell me that they never made the food , but couldn’t tell me this over the phone . Such a disappointment .Service: 1/5
expensive , they need to change the oil in the greasear a little more often , my plantains were horrible , the wings tasted horrible , service was slow i must say but theres always room for improvement . Updated 2022
The fries are fantastic and the chicken patacones are always a hit. I have only ordered takeout, and they always do it quickly and effectively. Plus, they have an ATM on site, which is convenient.

The empanada and quipe at this restaurant were delicious. I also tried the club sandwich, which tasted fresh and was exactly as I had expected, if not better.
Food was awful plantains were dark as if it was fried in old oil. Meat was salty and over fried. I suggest the business fry their plantain separate from meat.
