Very average. Tasting side: dishes based on local products revisited (veau, wolf, charcuterie). It's simple but perfectly successful and really good. a local cuisine sublimated by delicate tastes. Really good. desserts are also delicious. In conclusion, a pleasant kitchen at interesting prices but an effort on the reception would be welcome.
nice restaurant in the center of balves, delicious furnishings and friendly service. both inside and outside is fine. meat and fish both very good. Various menu with special dishes. not to be missed, for the appetizer, quail or shrimps with strawberries and vegetables. as a main dish I recommend their typical dish called balloon, presented in a cup covered with pastry. inside a fish soup with pieces of shrimp, salmon and various crustaceans ... excellent! while if you want meat take the fillet! for the dessert, however, it is to try the soft chocolate, with the melted chocolate inside.
I had dinner at this central bald restaurant tonight with my mom. reading reviews, curious I wanted to try and I have to say that we were more than satisfied! there is the possibility to choose between menu or à la carte and having tasted from the appetizer to dessert was all really great! I recommend you book because it has double turn and is always full. professionalism both of the owner and of the girl who served us, very helpful and always attentive!! the restaurant in question is in one of the central streets of bald, aesthetically cute and cared for! the staff is kind and friendly. we have taken the fixed menu from 29€. but the food was not up to it. on 4 courses (2 aperitifs and 2 main dishes) 2 were definitely not good. one in particular was served with raw fish! price in the average place!
this restaurant is really very pleasant; from the terrace to the room: beautiful decoration! The plates are well erect: it is very nice to look. The service is impeccable. The dishes are really delicious! What more! Thanks and bravo to the bosses who disembark to get the best of their restaurant.
