Lit Nutrition is such a fun family friendly environment that is also pet friendly, the owners were really nice and they answered all my questions with it being my first time there it really felt like a second home. I have been in shake shops all over the country and this shop is a total class above any others. The delicious recipes they create in house are amazing!! Shakes, bagels, pudding, pie, teas etc. a MUST try!! And everyone is sooo friendly!

I tried the Cold Brew Shake today and am very pleased with the taste and texture. Stop by LIT Nutrition and try one of their unique products. I will certainly be back!Dietary restrictions: I like that the protein is soy based.

I have been getting the watermelon gusher tea, it is so good! Gets me through my long work days. Great atmosphere!
