Little Beast Cafe Bistro

The food is decent, but the service is extremely slow. Five minutes after I was told my pizza would be ready in five minutes, they approached me and explained, "I’m sorry, our system shut down, so your pizza is just now being prepared, and it’ll be ready in another 12 minutes." To make matters worse, there were an alarming number of mosquitoes inside the restaurant. I ended up with several bites on my legs and feet (I was wearing sandals). It was only when I noticed one on me that I slapped it away. I came here to enjoy a meal, not to become a meal myself.

Our experience on a Sunday afternoon was disappointing due to the service. We ended up leaving after not receiving a third of our meal. The order came out piece by piece — first the entrée, then the second entrée ten minutes later, and we had to inquire about our appetizer. There were mistakes with our order, and while the staff was trying to resolve the issues, we waited for 20 minutes without any follow-up. Ultimately, we asked for the check and decided to leave. We won't be returning.

This restaurant offers excellent New York deep-dish pizza. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. You can choose to dine indoors or on the patio. It's conveniently located near the Avalon Theater, making it a fantastic spot for a date.

The Detroit pizzas are worth driving 30min for. My wife loves the whipped ricotta, and Gordie sticks. Mine is the 6Mile. I've only ever gotten take out, so I can't rate the service, but it's worth the drive. Reserva una mesa ahora

Appetizer Gordie Sticks are great. The OG pizza with pepperoni was also good. Little Beast offers a Detroit style pizza, which I never heard of. Glad we stopped in. We parked in the Safeway parking lot.

I do enjoy this place. I just wish they had gluten free crust and vegan cheese. It would be my go to spot every time if they had those options

Service has been slow before, but it has noticeably improved. The Detroit pizza is great, appetizers and drinks/beers are solid.
