perfectly named after my opinion. it really has this little house feeling, but also great what it has to offer. recently I was invited to try her winter menu at the little big house. I found it quite different to a standard queensland pub. had a more uplifting mood on it and no wonder, as it is matt morans third brisbane venue and part of the solotel group. the food itself was amazing. I was so impressed by the variety, but what really had my interest was the chicken parmi jump roll....mind blown. it was perfection on a teller and keep from the cook that came with him....genie! the rest of the winter menu was very impressive by tacos, lachs, steak sandwich, cousin salad and the list goes on...
There was a sign indicating new management, along with some enticing meal options. Unfortunately, that wasn’t reflected at the bar when I placed my order. I decided to go with the cheeseburger, and it was fantastic. The beef patty was perfectly grilled, with a nice char on the outside and juicy on the inside. The bun was the right size, topped with cheese and relish. It was the most appealing and best value dish at our table. Others in our group ordered spring rolls, parmigiana, steak, and chicken tenders, but the cheeseburger still looked the best and tasted amazing.
my partner and I discovered the dachband at the exploration of grey st and were very pleasantly surprised by the demanding, professional and appealing nature of the little house. I loved that the vegan and vegetarian meal options were seamlessly integrated into the menu and that the service manager (then) employed us in the conversation. well made little big house, they have set a high standard for the culinary experiences in south bank. we'll be back to brisbane next time.
Little Big House is back! Brett Fitzpatrick has taken the reins of this great venue and even in its soft opening there is a great mood for him from a delicious modern Queensland pub menu by Chef Nick Stapleton, great tap beer and local crafts tin selection and neat wine list, and many veranda, balcony, bar and private rooms for whatever you desire. Come back to Brisbane. This place is a Queensland classic for locals and city visitors alike.

Lovely experience on my Friday afternoon after work. First time coming to LBH and all of the staff were friendly and quick with service, especially Tjana. I wasn’t sure what kind of drink I felt like and she made a suggestion which was perfect and still made time to come out and check to make sure everything was okay and enjoying my drink in between serving other customers
Excellent location and fantastic beer! I ordered the steak, which was cooked perfectly. However, the Gem lettuce salad was disappointing. It might be best to remove it from the menu if it's not going to be done well. Edit: I shared my feedback with them, and they were very receptive!
we're here to celebrate my wife's birthday. very relaxed feeling. simply order drinks and eat. the fried chickenburger was excellent and the nachos looked good too. directly in southbank and super near the train station.
This is a fantastic bar with a relaxing atmosphere. The redheaded bartender, whose name I didn’t catch, is always very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!

Love little Big house . I like deco. I love cocktail and location is just perfect to walk down to Southbank park after. Great friend staff and with stylish design.
