I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience here was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share. There was a large light-skinned guy with locs who had the worst attitude. I simply asked about the wait time, and he mentioned a pager that I never received. If that had been the case, I wouldn’t have been asking about the wait time. Just moments before, I had been in the drive-thru line, and he acted as if he had never seen me before. I even had to go back to get my receipt to confirm my order, despite him having just seen me in line. As I walked past to get the receipt, I could hear him making snarky comments to his coworkers. It was really rude and unprofessional behavior.
Terrible service! The woman at the drive-thru window clearly shouldn’t be there. It seemed like I interrupted her sleep, as she was reluctant to hand over my order. If I could leave a negative review specifically for her, I definitely would. I really hope Little Caesars addresses this issue with their staff!
Twice I ordered online and they have given my food to someone else and can't find my order I've had to wait 10-15 mins after my pickup time. It's supposed to a quick thing, that's the allure of Little Caesars. No reason I should be waiting 30+ minutes.Dominos is faster than this.Unbelievable
This is undoubtedly the worst Little Caesars I have ever visited. The management really needs to be changed. I ordered a cheese pizza and Crazy Bread, and it took almost an hour and a half to prepare my order, only for them to still get it wrong.

It's a ceasers pizza it's about what you expect. They messed part of an order up, but they were quick to fix it. I wouldn't recommend the brownies, but the stuffed crust pizza is great!
Poor customer service, workers smell like pot, i have to wait over 15 mins for my pizzas that i called in 30 min prior to bust time. Workers are slow and rude. Food is slopped
The manager went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience even when the problem was beyond his control.
Staff is extremely rude and lazy. The guy at the drive through started fussing about his job.
