It's a Little Caesars, but with the most disgruntled employees working. To pass the day they enjoy mocking customers, giving them a hard time, not willing to make change, and leaving customers at the counter without addressing them. You think they'd be able to get something right, like decent pizza, but once again it's Little Caesars so terrible ingredients terrible employees terrible pizza.
