Little Caesars - Reservar una mesa

I was told I would need to wait 15 minutes for my food to cook that they did not have any pizzas ready. I got there a little after 9pm. I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza, Crazy Bread, and 8 wings. I was told 8 was the smallest order they had for wings. I tipped the lady $5 in drive thru and pulled around and parked, gladly waiting the 15 minutes so my food would be fresh. After about 10 minutes, I got the buzz that my food was ready. I go in and get it and go straight home. I live maybe 7 minutes away. I open everything, and I am short 3 wings which were cold. Tried multiple times to call and speak with the manager, but they would never pick up. One star on that. Still giving a 5 star because the young lady or however they identify gave me amazing customer service. I went through the drive thru at the Travelers Rest SC location on 1/9/22 around 5:30/6:00 right after work. I wanted to compliment that employee and let them know how great of a job they were doing. I wish they would have answered so that employee could have gotten the compliment and appreciation they deserved. Everyone wants to call to complain and that was the opposite of my call. Be thankful for the good employees you have and answer the phone to let them know how well they are doin...

For a pizza place that prides itself on hot and ready, this place is never hot and ready. I'm currently sitting waiting on a pepperoni pizza and the guy told me it would be 10 minutes. Now I'm sitting in a parking lot with a buzzer in my hand waiting for it to go off so I can drive back around into the drive-thru line with currently six cars in line and wait again so that I can get my pizza. Definitely has gone downhill.

I love this place I picked up pizza here for years! I'll say I've had some problems when nobody picks up the phone. The last times I ordered, there were no problems. My pizza is great! My children's hood favorite!
