Little Caesars - Reserva de mesa

I just had the absolute worst experience at this location. I came during the hot and ready hours, ordered 2 pep 1 cheese with 2 orders of crazy bread, no modifications. I was told it would be 10 minutes, I get it, it?s busy. So I pulled and waited in the parking lot my ten minutes. I went back thru the drive they to pick up my order after my ten minute wait and was told it hasent been started I had to wait again. I asked why and the younger kid just stared at me and called for his mom the manager. The receipt says her name is Carlie b. I asked why I had to wait again if my order with no modifications and she said he didn?t know how backed up they were. At 6:30pm. I have worked in the custome...

I inquired about getting a lighter amount of pepperoni on my pizza, and the server informed me that there would be an additional $2 charge for a reduced amount of pepperoni. This seemed unreasonable to me. While I can appreciate an extra charge for adding more toppings, it does not make sense to charge extra for less pepperoni. Additionally, I have concerns that the pizzas may not be freshly made.

I enjoy the convenience of the drive-thru at this restaurant. However, the pizza always seems to be undercooked in the middle. Perhaps they should adjust the oven temperature, change the rack position, or make the dough thicker. This is the only Little Caesars location I have visited. The crusts are crispy.

This restaurant is my absolute favorite. I always bring my kids here. Whenever I ask for extra cheese sauce, they always give me extra cheese and sauce. It may seem like a small thing, but it's rare to find such great service at other restaurants. I truly appreciate their hard work. Reserva una mesa ahora

I love the drive thru. But their pizza is consistently soggy in the middle. Maybe they need to change oven temp, or the rack position, or roll the dough thicker. This is the only little Caesars I've been to like this. The slices are floppy soggy.

The working-class talk was amazing, even after they were expelled by a total Karen tonight over a smaller edition of wings. She kept her attention to the care of all and not retaliate. Really a professional and a sweet young lady.

We went through drive-thru about 12:30 in the day what would ordinarily be Rush hour but we were able to pull right up to the one to order our food and drove away in less than 2 minutes it was amazing best restaurant ever Reserva una mesa ahora

They delivered our pizza to our hotel and put it on the floor in the hallway. They never knocked or told us that it came. I called and they said as soon as she leaves? How dirty!

They should really stop calling these hot n readys when it?s never less than a 5 minute wait for a pizza. Still tastes the same as normal.
