Customer service needs improvement; you'll stand at the counter for five minutes with no one acknowledging your presence. It feels like their "hot and ready" promise is long gone. I won’t be returning; if you want to spend over an hour waiting for a pizza, this is the place to go.
When I called ordered my 2 pizzas who ever answered the phone made it so easy and I did not even have to repeat myself it was great and next thing I knew the 2 pizzas arrived nice and hot the order was right and the was unbelievable the best tastingpizza I have had in along time can't wait til we have pizza again we know just where to go thanks little Ceasars see you nexttime Ron Linda
This is the worst Little Caesars location I've been to. The food is consistently late, and the staff often appear disconnected and provide poor customer service. I waited more than an hour for a single pizza, and I saw 12 other customers facing the same problem. Three of them even asked for refunds. This is my third and final visit; the issues continue to persist.

When I ordered my 2 pizzas that ever answered the phone, it made it so easy and I didn't even have to repeat myself, it was great and then I knew that the 2 pizzas arrived nice and hot, the order was right and that was incredibly the best tasting pizza I had in the time, can't wait until we know pizza again, exactly where to see thanks to small ceasars Next time
Truly was not happy with Little Caesars. Took a hour and 15 minutes for a pepperoni and sausage pizza. And that employees act like they pretty much don't want to be there anyway. So it makes you wonder how your food is going to truly taste. Very unhappyworkers.
Ordered 2 regular pizzas online, so that I didn't have to wait... I got there 5 mins later then the order ready time. Which was already 30 mins. Me and my kids ended up waiting a hour and a half for 2 regular pepperoni pizzas. Very disappointing.
Very UNDER staffed. I feel bad for the employees, poor management. The pizza portal no longer works, so it slows things down as well. . The pizza is average just like other LC's.

Walked in with 3 trash cans in the lobby full of trash , counter tops along with everything else was dirty . If we didnt order our pizza ahead , we wouldve walked out .
