About 40 minutes later, I went in to pick up my order only to find out that there was no order placed for me. I was confused because I had paid, yet there was no record of my order. After verifying that I had indeed placed an order, no one took action to prepare my food because they insisted I had never ordered or paid. By this point, I was furious since it had already been an hour. I visited the restaurant in September 2022 to order a stuffed crust pizza and pepperoni cheese bread. I placed my order around 6 PM and was told it would take 20 minutes. After waiting 23 minutes, I was informed it would be just a few more minutes. Meanwhile, I noticed the employees in the back were not focused on their work. Even the manager didn’t seem to handle the situation well. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my order while several customers were left waiting in the lobby. This restaurant really needs to improve its staff by hiring more responsible employees who take their jobs seriously. This is a pizza shop, and they can do better!
The Ilitch Family has been accused of allowing the historic Tiger Stadium in Detroit to fall into disrepair, as revealed in the documentary "Stranded at the Corner." Despite its critical acclaim, Detroit PBS has consistently refused to air the film, sparking concerns about possible censorship or apprehension regarding the Ilitch family. It is disappointing that such an important documentary is not being shown. I urge everyone to consider boycotting Little Caesars and to avoid donating to Detroit PBS.
Little Caesars Pizza was a huge disappointment. Despite claiming to have hot and ready items, they lost the order of three customers ahead of me. When I asked about the menu, they initially said yes but then told me it would take five minutes. I ended up waiting around 25 minutes to get my food. The space was also very cramped and uncomfortable.

This place seems to enjoy ignoring customers. I came here for lunch for the second time and waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged during my 30-minute break. Completely unacceptable.
This location has consistently impressed me. My orders are always ready for contactless pickup, and the food is served hot every time. Plus, they never run out of napkins! LOL
Great service!!! They have the best manager. Through this pandemic they care enough to protect themselves so everyone will be protected. The best little Caesar in the area.
