Little Caesars Pizza

Me? ve worked fast food at several types of companies, so I understand how overwhelming it can be. But this place is something special when it comes to simply not doing business. In a time and there was a single woman who made the whole work of herself during a lunch break. Today I called an order and was still in hand for 15 minutes. Hung up, cried back, then they hung on me while I was waiting. There are some serious problems with planning or whatever in this place. It sucks because most, if not all workers are polite. There must be some intense problems with management in this place.

Walked in and picked up 2 hot and ready w pizzas and a crazy bread. We live 4 minutes away. When we got home, both pizzas were cold and hard. Literally like rock hard. The sauce was dried out and crusty. It was literally the worst pizza I?ve ever paid for. It truly was like second day old pizza. I wish I would have noticed before we left or I would have not even bought it. My kids were so grossed out there wouldn?t even eat it. My son was banging the pizza on the table because it was so hard.

I absolutely love Little Caesars Pizza in White Lake! The staff is amazing and always friendly. I stop by as often as possible because I can’t resist their $5 pizzas—they're always fresh and ready to grab. It's perfect for a quick visit. I just wish they still had supplies available for dine-in, but I prefer not to use Uber or other delivery services right now. Even without a car, I make the trip to the store because their pizza is simply the best!

I visited this restaurant three times looking for a HOT READY pizza, but each time I was told to wait at least 30 minutes. This happened at 2 PM, 6 PM, and again at 7:30 PM. It's quite frustrating, especially when they have a speed rack that can hold around 50 finished pizzas, and the oven only takes 6 to 8 minutes to cook them. What's the issue here? They shouldn't promote being "hot and ready" if they can’t deliver on that promise. Reserva una mesa ahora

I?m really disappointed in the workers at this location. This is the second time I have shown up to this store at 8:30. As far as I?m aware the store closes at 9 and on the door it says 10. The workers refused to make my order and we were pretty much forced to get hot and ready or nothing. Other employees have made my order at later times. This laziness needs to be fixed or you should portray accurate store hours online and in store.

Never order from this place again! Ordered 2 pizzas through the app and was charged for my order, but when we picked them up, they said they had a computer flasher and not our order. had to go to another store. I called a refund the next day. Second time ordered by app, card calculated, went to pick them up the staff closed early and again no pizzas. The district manager said he had to check it. I have never received my refund!

Walked in and ordered 2 hot ready?s and a thing of bread. I was told it would be a 25 minute wait. How is it possible that you have no food ready at 7pm? When we got here, one associate was smoking out front while the other was playing pinball at the front of the store. I?m all for taking breaks but why are you lounging around if you have no food ready to sell? I will not be back.

Great experience ? Fran took my order on the phone and when I arrived at the store my food was just coming out of the oven! (I was 5 minutes early... Emily was great taking orders at the counter. Great experience! Definitely will come back to this location. Thin crust pizza is my favorite! Reserva una mesa ahora

I wanted to make an order. There was a little line. Our Francis worked all alone. Take orders and do. She was amazing and had such a positive attitude! What a great, hard-working woman! I wish there were more of her. Our pizza was also great! Requisite to Francis!

Overall, the service and food quality were good. The only issue was that they forgot my sauce for the Italian cheesecake, which I had paid for. I'd definitely come back.
