Have been twice at this point, both times I made a pickup online. The first time I went in to pick up my pizza. The order has not yet been completed, although it was over the scheduled pick-up period. I was called this guy in this lobby? When I was handed over my order, they forget the side of the Marinara sauce that was included in the order. When I left the lobby, it was 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. I ordered a single pizza and crazy bread. The second time I picked up an order, the front door was locked and couldn't pick up my pizza from the ?pizza portal after online instructions. Love the Little Caesars Berkley location. Only location around for miles that has the drive thru. As a result, the inside is closed and use of the pizza portal is.....well..... you know. You always got fresh and hot pizzas here pre-pandemic but now, not so much. They do their best being understaffed and extremely busy from open to close. The wait in the drive thru can be sometimes up to 45 min long though it's normally like 20 minutes or so. Key to getting a hot and fresh pizza is to wait until you get there and then call in your order while you're in line. By the time you get to the window, it will be hot. In spite of everything that's going on, I'm giving them 5 stars due to what they used...
I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this location. I really appreciate consistency and professionalism, and this store delivers on both. You might expect all Little Caesars locations to be pretty similar, but this one consistently meets the brand's standards every time I visit. I'm always willing to spend a few extra minutes to come here! Whoever trains this staff is doing an excellent job—keep it up!
Absolutely ridiculous. Order by app. I wanted to pick her up, but the lobby was closed. So I had to go through. After 15 minutes waiting to get through the line, I'm told that they just put my pizza in the oven. If I had the opportunity to cancel the order when I saw that the lobby was closed, I would have. DO NOT ORDER AHEAD! When their lobby is open, this location offers great service with the best quality in the area. When their lobby is closed, expect that you won't be able to actually pick up your online order due to the long lines (40-60 minute waits while having to park on the road). Going to have to call corporate for a refund since this location isn't able to answer phones while short staffed.
The trick to getting a hot and fresh pizza is to place your order while you’re still in line. By the time you reach the window, your pizza will be hot and ready. Despite the challenges, I’m giving them a solid 5 stars. They’ve been navigating these changes for years, and I've never had an issue with this place in over 12 years.
I ordered online for pizza portal pickup since I know this location is slow. When I got there the lobby was locked and I had to spend 20 minutes in the drive through line just to get the pizza that was already paid for and waiting for me. Lots of other Little Ceasars nearby, so this one can be avoided in the future.
The last two times I?ve ordered from this location the dough has been under cooked. Itjr lightly done ones is what they sold me today. The golden brown ones are the slices I had to throw back into the oven so they?re edible. Tastes and smells like a a frozen pizza Reserva una mesa ahora
