I ordered an Ultimate Supreme and a Crazy Bread last night and was told to expect a 25-minute wait, which was fine since I drove from Warren to this location. However, once I got home, I found that both my pizza and Crazy Bread were overcooked. Keep in mind, it only takes about 15 minutes to get to the restaurant.
I called to let them know, and the young manager I spoke with was understanding and offered to replace my pizza and Crazy Bread. However, when the replacement arrived, I was disappointed to see that my large pizza had only five pieces of sausage on it. This was a $15 order, not a "Hot-N-Ready!"

This was my second visit, and once again, the parking lot was overcrowded, forcing patrons to park elsewhere. This time, it was during a blizzard. The walkways were not salted or shoveled, causing me to get stuck in the parking lot twice. I had placed my order online, but my code didn't work, so I ended up waiting in a long line. When I finally made it to the front, I was told, "It thinks you're a no-show." I had ordered and paid online, and the blizzard had only delayed me by about five minutes plus an additional ten minutes searching for a safe parking spot. Worse Little Ceasars I've ever been to.. if I could give zero stars I would.. terrible staff.. line was out the door and the staff was just in tye back playing around.. waited 20 minutes to get to the counter for them to tell me it's gonna be a 45 minute wait for a Hot and Ready and Crazy Bread..This place is just bad business all the together... Management should be fired
Exactly what you'd expect. Small place with enough room to walk in and pick up your order. I would recommend ordering ahead as there isn't much space to wait inside and they have a small parking lot. Pizza is always good and fresh and the staff was quite prompt and polite with their services. 5 stars.

I've visited this restaurant five or six times in the past few months, and they always seem to be unprepared. There's a minimum 20-minute wait for a hot and ready meal. The staff appears to be working hard, but it seems like the management is lacking.

This location has a better taste overall. They use a little less sauce, which I believe is why the pizza is actually cooked properly.
It’s a little messy, but they serve the pizzas quickly. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes.
