We ordered our pizza online we ordered 3 pizzas 2 pizzas were in the same box a was cheese one was paprika, they never heard of cross contamination. We have people here who can't have paprika. I called the store to talk to the manager, they said that they were busy, why the pizza was not on the basic standard I explained, we have no time to put it back in them said that the only way they were going with the situation we have kids to do things that have already been ordered behind to make sure that everything was done right had a lot of time to make sure that the order was correct. This is not the first time we had several problems with this location. We're done to get there until Steve, the owner takes care of your business coming out! You should never send 2 different pizzas in the same box! Alone a dry over cooked pizza! I didn't spend $40 on pizza to fix it.
It was best to leave a few comments why I rated 3 stars. At the beginning, pizza is almost always as thin as a piece of cardboard as if they want to make it before cooking the breadth of a pulp paper. There is only little bread under your cheese and sauce until now. Only fat pappbread. Secondly, when a customer calls with an order change or makes a small adjustment to the order in person at the counter, we say something as little as adding additional butter and parmesan cheese on the crazy bread, it is almost never communicated the line that leads to disgruntled customers and extended, uncompensated waiting times. Honestly, if you're in the hurry, it's okay, but if you want quality pizza going somewhere.
Friday 21 October at 12 a.m. We ordered ahead and they forgot part of our order, so we went back. Older lady working at the reception was extremely slowwww, very delayed reactions, terrible customer service and she hardly spoke?! She shouldn't have been up there, whoever thought it was a good idea. It would have been a nice and normal experience if she hadn't been so unpleasant?
I was with someone and she called in order and they said it would be 30 minutes waiting so that we were about halfway back from Fremont to 120, so we were there on time so we were there and waited about an hour and then she was told that they did nothing wrong so that we didn't get it and go somewhere else. That was my bad experience because I would rate her 0-1
