Little Caesars Pizza

It used to be a family lover. We never buy pizza from other little Caesars again! I wanted to pick up my pizza from the portal and my code wouldn't work. The staff informed me that my order was already picked up. After confirming with my husband that my order was not picked up, I asked to speak to a manager. The lady who forwarded my request to the manager said she wants us to stop what we do so that you can talk to her. The manager informs me that he doesn't give a refund because someone in my family has picked up the pizza. I rested that there was not someone from my family and there was a mistake. I was just fired for asking a question! I asked if they thought that it was really sanitary for us to be touching all on peoples? dough, cheese and toppings with our bare hands? I don't like touching people?s food, so i was THE ONLY ONE in the whole store wearing gloves. The store manager Andreas told me ?if i did not like it, then I didn?t have to work there.? They do not care that COVID is still going around! That was trifling, unsanitary and disgusting! People barely even wash their hands good enough, let alone whats underneath their fingernails and etc. Do not order any food from this establishment! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

With the Little Caesars app and the Pizza portal in the store, ordering food from here is a breeze. Great value for the pizza and I always enjoyed their pizza and crazy bread from here. I wish they had more locations in Broome County.

Really great customer service. My deep plate pizza was left a bit too long in the oven, but was still pretty good. Crazy bread was delicious as always!
