I attempted to call this restaurant for around 30 minutes, but nobody picked up. When I arrived in person, I saw the cashier putting their phone away. I asked why they hadn't answered the phone, and they responded in a rather curt manner, saying that there were only three staff members and they had been busy. I then asked if I could still place an order, and was informed that I could only order Crazy Bread or pepperoni pizza, but not the stuffed cheesy bread. As someone who works in customer service as well, I found this experience to be quite unprofessional.
This is my favorite Little Caesars! The staff puts in a tremendous amount of effort and are always busy, yet many customers show little appreciation, expecting top-tier service while wanting to pay the lowest prices. I've ordered from here multiple times, and the pizza has consistently been fantastic! I really wish there was a tip jar or an option to tip, so we could recognize the hard work of the employees.
I ordered pizzas from this restaurant five days ago and received the wrong one. When I went back to resolve the issue and either get a refund or the correct pizzas, the staff insisted it wasn’t their fault and refused to assist me. The manager didn’t even come out to speak with me. I think they have a lot to learn about proper customer service and management. I hope the owner takes this situation seriously.

I really enjoy ordering my pizza from this restaurant. I always place my order online; it's fast and convenient, allowing me to get in and out without any hassle.
The restaurant is situated in a fantastic location, though it can get quite busy at times. Nevertheless, you can savor delicious pizza at a reasonable price.
It was a Saturday night, and this place was bustling with at least 20 guests. I give a 5-star rating to the staff! We already know how great their pizza is.
This location handles online orders very efficiently; I haven't yet tried ordering in-store. The staff are pleasant and friendly!
