Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered two pizzas, cheese bread, and wings, but when I moved to the window, the woman hadn’t entered my order into the system at all. I was stuck waiting while three other cars that arrived after me were served their food. After 23 minutes, I had to call the store to report that I still hadn’t received my order. The employee acknowledged that she had pulled my order and had been waiting for three minutes, but I still had to wait longer for my food. When I spoke to the manager, he seemed indifferent and said he wanted me to have fresh food, but he never apologized or showed any empathy. The whole experience was frustrating, and if I have to wait like this next time, it’s just unacceptable.

The pizza isn't the highest quality, but I don't have high expectations given the price. However, they use a third-party delivery service, which has caused some issues for me. Once, a delivery driver accidentally rolled into my car after forgetting to put their vehicle in park; luckily, there was no damage. On another occasion, they forgot some items from my order. Since they work with a delivery service, I was unable to retrieve the missing items. The store manager informed me that they couldn't send the driver back and had no one else available to deliver it. I can't recall exactly what they offered me as compensation, but it wasn't worth the hassle of making a trip back.

I went there tonight 4/1821 before 8:00pm... I sat there waiting for someone to take my order... after a few minutes I realized that no one was going to take my order... they were waiting for the time to close. Some had just order before me... there were people waiting in the parking lot for orders to finish. When I noticed a person taking out some orders... I said to him that I was there before 8:00pm and asked him why did they not take my order; he told me that the manager told him not to take the order! I am just going to stop going to that store, I continue to have problems at times with them taking orders!

Employees wearing masks under their chins or under their nose while standing and talking over the food they were cooking. Was there almost an hour after I placed my order and still wasn?t ready and when I left with my money and no pizza the employee didn?t even apologize. Ended up going to Pizza Hut down the road where I got my pizza in less than 20 minutes and the employees were extremely friendly. If I could give a negative score I would. This place is one of the longest waiting for a few pizzas? We had to wait 30 minutes just to get 3 pizzas and 3 crazy bread. This place is usually only filled with young teenagers who don't know what to do or just don't care. Don't get me wrong, I love little caesars, but this place is terrible. Even if you order it online or call it, they still take it forever.

Hot N Ready? ...... never hot n ready. Everytime I come here I have to pull in a parking spot and wait 20 or 30 minutes. Customer service sucks. Pizza not even that good, could've went to Alfredos for the same time and money

Great staff! Food quality is wonderful when it is hot ready. Only about 2-3 minor problems in this place during my years get food here. Overall, I would say it is a good place to receive delivery services.

I ordered an Extra Most Bestest Cheese pizza (extra cheese) and instead received a burnt regular cheese pizza. This seems to happen every evening, as if they’re using old ingredients. Reserva una mesa ahora

Honestly, their pizza is underrated. It was fantastic! They also offer some of the best garlic sauce I've ever had.
