I placed an order using a T-Mobile promo code, but when I went to pick it up—having ordered two different items—the lady at the front told me that someone had already picked up my orders using the code meant only for me. It was the worst experience I've ever had, and I would strongly advise you to think twice before placing an order here, as you might end up being told that someone else picked up your food. Additionally, the staff member was very poor at handling customer issues. It felt like a fraud situation. I called customer service and had to wait over an hour just to report my case. They assured me that someone from the store would call me for more details, but I never received a call.
Fanceroni was under cooked and had less pepperoni than the classic I ordered. The bread sticks were under cooked and one of them was literally 2 inches long. The only good pizza out of the 3 I ordered was the extra most bestest cheese. Not like I'mexpecting much since it's little Caesars, but at least try to act like you are slightly professional at work and do your veryeasy job of cooking food and presenting it as if you yourself were being served this
Just ordered pizza online at 6:40 and pick up time should be ready 7:03-7:08. And it not ready!!! Look they making pizza but not our order. They told me that we printed you ticket but for some reason we did not cook it. It?s ridiculous. Besides that while I was waiting I saw they kitchen is super dirty, they don?t use gloves and and they touching their phones and dirty stuff. I canceled my order and if you guys loves yourself don?t buy pizza there!
I get that it's a Friday night, during Lent, and it's the busy time. However, if you have a customer who tells you that they have an Autistic child who will not eat the pizza because you burnt it, then you need to replace the pizza. This is now the second time that this location has done this, and sadly this is the only pizza place my son will eat. I can guarantee that this location has lost our weekly business. Absolutely disgusted with them.

It's a Little Caesars, so don't expect top-notch pizza. My main concern with this location is that their prices are higher than at any other Little Caesars I've been to. I understand that inflation has affected prices overall, but this particular location seems to have increased theirs more than the rest. Also, I believe this location has been under new ownership in the past year or so.
David provided exceptional service today; he assisted me with my order and made the entire process effortless. Additionally, he was both professional and very pleasant. He is definitely a valuable employee and deserves to be a shift lead!

It seems that they've changed their dough recipe, as the breadsticks now have an unpleasant taste. Moreover, the pizza no longer meets the quality it once had. I'm really disappointed with these changes.
