I just want a pizza that at least comes close to the picture. Instead they serve pizzas that pepperoni is all thrown in the middle of the pizza. Your given naked crust 5 inches all the way around. You get no extra anything because the center is where the toppings are. So I opened the box to check the pizza and once again same let down . and I asked her to check on another one because there is nothing on this one. I touched the edge barely and she was liked you touched it she calls out to another person she touched it , that person says throw it away. I was like seriously. You can throw them away so easy but you cant put toppings on your pizzas that goes close to edge. Really. And in the star...
If i could i would give them no stars. I went in asked for an extra most bestests from the the oven to which i was ignored and they went to grab the already made ones. I repeated myself and the cashier argues with me. Then tells me i have an attitude. I ask for the manager and she treats me the same way then argues about how i want my order. And with a smirk tells me it will be 45 minutes for a pizza. I have always ordered mine from the oven and never had a problem at any little Caesars and they never took 45 minutes to make. 10 to 15 minutes but never 45. I won't come back to this store. I'm the customer I'm allowed to order how i want and there is no need to try to punish me for how i pref...
Stopped on a Sunday a couple of months back for a couple of pizzas and crazy bread to get home without sauce. Called them and was told they were writing my name down and just ask for a free order of crazy bread next time. Went in tonight as the first time back since then to be told my name was on their list. Ok, I get it has been a couple of months yet the cashier offered nothing as apology. Please empower your employees to make a customer happy. I was made to feel as though I was lying about a $3 item while purchasing $20 worth of cheap food.
I called to order the new pepperoni pizza with an extra topping. The website states that the pizza comes with 100 pepperonis. While I did add a topping, that shouldn't mean reducing the amount of pepperoni. The website also mentions a caramelized crust, but the crust was not caramelized at all—it's not even properly cooked! Most of the toppings were piled in the center, leaving at least three inches of crust around the edges with no toppings or even sauce.

I haven't ordered from Little Caesars Pizza for about a year. Found out why this week. I ordered a one topping pizza and it took 20 minutes. There were very few people in the store and a lot of chatter going on in the back. By the time I left there were 10people crammed into the room. I wish I could say the pizza was hot and ready but it was not. So disappointed!
I visited this restaurant and found it quite busy, but the staff treated me exceptionally well. Everyone attended to my needs as quickly as they could, and the girl at the register was especially impressive. I wish I had caught her name to give her a proper shoutout, but she was fantastic. Great job! I’ll definitely be returning again and again.
The staff at this restaurant seem unable to read orders off the screen and place pizzas in the oven promptly after they are ordered. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for a pizza that was supposed to be ready in 10. If only they would pay more attention—it’s not like they’re doing this for free.
They don't make sure you have your sauces that you PAID for and the REFUSE to refund your money for what you didn't receive. That's called STEALING. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A THEIVING COMPANY AGAIN. I'm sure corporate will love this story spreadall over social media.

The place is constantly crowded with staff who can't seem to read an order from the screen and put a pizza in the oven right after it's placed. You end up waiting 40 minutes for something that should be ready in 10. Be careful—it's not like you’re working for free here.
