I am very disappointed with my experience. My order was canceled without my knowledge, and instead of addressing the issue, I was unfairly accused. Now I have to reach out to the companies to get my money refunded. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered. It was only during the third delivery attempt that I was informed my order had been canceled.
I want to give a special mention to Carl for his exceptional service on September 4th. He took care of my previous complaint about my pizza and made sure everything was perfect this time. Thank you so much! It was one of the best pizzas I've had at the restaurant.
They canceled my order but still charged me! Now I have to call corporate to get my money back. The store wouldn't answer my calls, and I tried multiple times! I wasn’t even notified about the cancellation; I found out through the third-party delivery service.

The manager, with purple hair and wearing a mask, was yelling at the employees in front of customers. It was quite upsetting. In the end, we decided to get a refund because of how rude she was to us as well.
