I don't agree with the reviews about rude, staff and pizza thats not good. I am sure we are all human and can make mistakes once or twice but when I went here pretty late one night. I actually watched a young high school gentleman that works here open and hold the door several times as customers came in and out with a smile on his face. ! Way to go young man, manners are very valuable and will get you far!!!!! So I think I can say the staff was very friendly and efficient and the pizza that I ordered was given to me in a matter of minutes fresh , hot and very good pepperoni pizza! Perfect job! I went in and ordered 1 big pep pizza and 3 crazy breads. The man who went out to take my order had his earballs and checked his phone. He told me what you want... he went in the back and... without wearing gloves... I ask him for 3 garlic butter instead of Marinara for the crazy bread. He charged me 99 cents for everyone and told me nothing. ...when his co-worker gave me everything he smiled and said, my name... very nice.... someone named Elizabeth was signed into the cash register as it shows that she took my order...never saw her... Every time I use their app, they'll screw up my whole order. Toppings orders on only half the pizza, covers the whole thing. App says my order is ready to arrive at the store to find that it is wrong. I have given them several times the advantage of doubt because they were shamed. But when my order was still wrong when she slowly showed how good they follow instructions....

I ordered the new nationally promoted ?fanceronni Pfefferoni? Special. What I got was a thin crust with a stupid amount of pepper salad. I was looking forward to the cost. Instead, I got the equivalent to the garbage station. Do not order from them if you expect what you have ordered.
