Service has definitely improved in the recent months. Wait times for online orders and DoorDash orders has improved substantially. In late Spring, early summer the average wait time when picking up Doordash orders was at least 30 minutes but there were times I waited for an hour and a half for 1 pizza. Had to keep reminding them whose order I was waiting for. During this time, they would frequently turn walk-in customers away, after they waited in line for 20+ minutes. I placed an order online and arrived 25 minutes after it was supposed to be done and they hadn 't even started it yet-2 hours later I got 1/2 of my order, asked for a refund and was told I would have to come back the next day...
I have consistently enjoyed good customer service at Little Caesars Pizza, and their pizza always meets my expectations. On one occasion, I received a hot and ready pizza that was a bit old, but they promptly replaced it with a friendly attitude. As for parking, the location can be a little easy to miss while driving, but there is plenty of parking available.
There is no manager present to help, and there is a lot of chaos with kids running around and workers arguing. Many customers are waiting for their food, and there are over 10 pizzas sitting on the counter for over 30 minutes, making them cold and soggy. This restaurant needs to get their act together. Parking situation is also poor.
You know I've been in the food business for 35 years and I can only say one thing cause I lived in Arizona for 12 years and the sauce on the pizza then was really good. I don't know what you are doing to the sauce but it's gut wrenching today.

Location seldom has advertised hot and ready items ready to go. Plan on spending 15-20 minutes if you don 't use the app to preorder. Recently I brought home a pizza and discovered it wasn 't cut.
I rarely order takeout from Little Caesars Pizza, but when I did, the food tasted great. Thank you! Have a wonderful weekend and weekday. The menu offers a delicious variety of options.
The food is good, but the restaurant could be cleaner—glass, doors, and counters need attention. Service should be provided by the employees on duty.
All the workers are always so positive and sweet! And they never care that I come in reeking of Weed because I work at a dispensary.!! ??

I hate having to pick up for door dash here. They are as slow as the manager seams. Do expect a wait for your hot and ready pizza!
I love our local folks! Food is always good and reasonably priced! Keep it up!
