The staff member wearing glasses, whom I believe is the manager, clearly seems unhappy in his role. He acts as if he is above the customers, despite his position at Little Caesars, and could benefit from a bit of humility. His disrespectful demeanor has been apparent during each of my visits. He visibly shows irritation when customers arrive, and often waits until they leave before taking any action, so don't expect prompt service if there are more than two people in front of you.
Regarding the restaurant's slogan, "Hot and Ready," it frequently misses the mark—half the time, the pizza isn't hot or ready when you show up. As for the food, it's inconsistent; sometimes it's decent, but usuall...
I just picked up my order, and I have to say I was a bit late. The "skip the line" machine was out of order, so I had no choice but to wait for the older cashier to become available. When I brought up the issue with the machine, he simply responded that it was because I was late. Really? So I'm to blame for the machine being down and not being able to enter my code?
On March 7, 2024, at 8 PM, the older cashier really needs to reconsider his role in customer service if he can't even display a bit of empathy. I don't know what kind of day he's having, but with an attitude like that, he shouldn't be working on the front lines of customer service.
When I arrived at the restaurant to address my concerns, I was greeted by Ashley, who sarcastically offered me napkins if I was going to cry about the situation. When I asked who was in charge of the store, they replied that they were. This left me feeling quite confused.
As I sat outside writing this review, I noticed that the entire staff was outside smoking. It's difficult to believe that the business is doing well during a busy Saturday lunchtime when employees are treating customers in this manner. Who is Brandon? I strongly recommend that significant changes be made to enhance customer service at this location.

I came in to get a quick bite, ordered a pepperoni cheese bread and 2 20 oz drinks. Was charged for an Italian cheese bread and a classic pepperoni pizza. I noticed the error and pointed it out to the cashier. He made it right by correcting the order and not charging me for it. After I received the order and left, I realized that it still wasn't the correct order. Please do better next time
A guy called my name, so I went up to the counter. He called it again while I was there, but he kept his back to me and walked away. When he returned, he said my name again and mentioned that he had called it twice. I explained that I was already at the counter by the time he called it a second time.
Ordered two pizzas with extra cheese and meat. Picked it up within 15 or so minutes of order. They clearly took old regular pizza out of the drawer and put it in my slot. It was barely warm and nothing extra on it. Tried to call and speak to someonebut there?s not even an option to speak with anyone
This pizza was indeed not hot and ready. I was waiting for 6 hours and instead of giving me my 2 large pizzas, one being meat lovers, and the other being pepperoni. they end up giving me a ranch with crazy bread. still good though, so I give five stars.

Been coming here since it’s been open and I’ve never had a bad experience. Maybe it depends on the level of “Karen” some people are. But I’ve always been treated kindly. Food is as good as Caesers gets.
Horrible! The worst Little Caesars ever. WAY overcooked! Will never use this one again.
