I love that we can customize our pizza any way we want—it's fantastic. Ordering online has made the service much faster and more organized. The staff is very helpful and gladly explains how the new system works, allowing you to prepare, order, and pay all from your phone. The only downside for me is that cash payments aren’t accepted, and since I don't always have funds on my card, it can be inconvenient to find a place to add money before placing an order. As for the food, it’s amazing—THEY ROCK!
I came in to get a quick bite, ordered a pepperoni cheese bread and 2 20 oz drinks. Was charged for an Italian cheese bread and a classic pepperoni pizza. I noticed the error and pointed it out to the cashier. He made it right by correcting the order and not charging me for it. After I received the order and left, I realized that it still wasn't the correct order. Please do better next time
Very rude manager and employees. Was overcharged. When asking about overcharge manager and employee said have a nice day. Loudly.Turned and walked away. They Turned very ghetto and white trash real quick. Advise everyone to stay away from theShepherdsville Ky location
This pizza was indeed not hot and ready. I was waiting for 6 hours and instead of giving me my 2 large pizzas, one being meat lovers, and the other being pepperoni. they end up giving me a ranch with crazy bread. still good though, so I give five stars.

Not my first choice of Little Caesars to visit, but closest at the time. Seldom do they have Hot Ready pizzas actually ready. A restaurant should know it's busy times and prepare for them. That's just good management.
I ordered a single pepperoni pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce, but what I received was an overcooked pizza with the cheese sauce served on the side. I'll try a different Little Caesars location next time.
Been coming here since it’s been open and I’ve never had a bad experience. Maybe it depends on the level of “Karen” some people are. But I’ve always been treated kindly. Food is as good as Caesers gets.
The pizza wasn’t hot and ready, and on my last visit, it was soggy too. Quite unusual. Also, the breadsticks are about $5 when you order a pizza.

Horrible! The worst Little Caesars ever. WAY overcooked! Will never use this one again.
