So went on vacation at Ocean Isle Beach. Last night I called there to see if I can order some pizza and I asked if I could place an order for pick up and the lady responded very rude saying Yeah you have to because we don 't deliver it really threw me offbecause I had already asked if I could pick it up. The lady then acted like she didn 't want to take my order. Because of this Itook my business else where. I 've been in restaurant business for years. I 've never seen or heard of someone greeting someonelike this. I only gave a 1 star because no stars wasn 't an option. This is an EXPRESS location, which was misleading because the food isn’t available hot and ready, and service isn’t particularly fast. It’s a Little Caesars Express situated inside a gas station. They only offer thin crust full pizzas or 4-inch deep dish options, and instead of Crazy Bread, they have Crazy Bites. The food was hot because we had to wait for it, and while it was decent for what it was, it doesn’t compare to a traditional Little Caesars.
We got a 3 meat pizza and Bite Bits. The BitBites were terrible. Tasted more like a donut bread then garlic bread. The pizza only had 2 meats the bacon was missing. And the crust was so thin when you picked it up the crust broke off from the toppings. It was feed to the trash. I will never return there again. I will visit Pizza Hut or PapaJohn's. That was a waste of $12.?? Way to go Little Caesar! Another customer dissatisfied.

I wish I could give zero stars because it was that bad. I ended up taking my business elsewhere, and I highly recommend that the management consider replacing this staff member—her lack of professionalism and integrity was shocking. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.
