Little Caesars Pizza

These are absolutely pathetic. I have never seen such pathetic looking breadsticks in my life. We tried to have the manager take these back and make them correctly, but all we got from her was explicit laced berateing on this is how we do things here. Then she proceeded to attempt to keep my order and after demanding it back and receiving it, I was met with the same night manager as before who then called me a piece of s**t and threatened to call the police. Congratulations whoever the owner is of this store, I will never be doing business with you again, or recommending anyone goes this store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Absolutely abysmal, placed order online, got in line to check in. Waited for 30 mins 7 people who came after me got served their food. Finally went back through the line, only to get Sorry they haven 't even started on your order . Don 't go here unless you want bottom teir customer service, went to papa John 's and got a fresh made pizza in 12 mins flat. Papa John 's had better customer service was prompt and had a very clean store, shame I can 't say the same for this little caesars.

This restaurant is a total disaster! I walked in and waited for 10 minutes without anyone at the front even acknowledging me, so I decided to head to another pizza place. The woman next to me was frustrated because she went to pick up her phone order, only to find out they had completely forgotten to make her pizza. Honestly, it’s just not a good spot!

The service at the window was provided by a polite elderly man. I inquired about a specific size of pizza, and he kindly took my order. We needed to adjust a few things to ensure it was made to our liking. Remarkably, we only waited about 5 minutes, and the same gentleman returned to our car with our order in a friendly manner. I ordered the Fancaroni pepperoni and was really disappointed. The advertising was misleading. As a diabetic, I only chose it because I needed something to eat, but I could barely enjoy it after the first slice. To make matters worse, I don't even live in the same city as Little Caesars, so returning it wasn't an option for me.

The service at the window was an older gentleman but very polite. I asked about a certain size of pizza, came back and took my order but we had to pull up so they could make it to our specifications. We didn't wait no more than 5 mins and the same man brought out to the car again very nice.

The place is a mess. They never seem to understand the orders and virtually never answer the phone. The lobby is rarely open, and every time I'm there, I hear more excuses. I've been a loyal customer for years, but the ongoing decline in service has really taken its toll.

If I gave them a negative star review. I wouldn't even give them one, but you can't post another. This LC will shorten you crazy sauce every time. Then, after you have realized that you are shortened and have to return, they act as if it were your fault. Reserva una mesa ahora

Does this pizza look like what I ordered? No stuffed crust and pizza was to be half one thing and half the other but no the 2 thing I only wanted on half was all over it ! This has happened twice ! I?m done with little Caesar?s !

I enjoyed a delicious pizza, ordering an Extra Most Pepperoni and a Hawaiian. Everything was hot and well-prepared, but it wasn't cut properly, so I had to use a knife to cut it myself.
