The staff here genuinely strive to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfill orders to the best of their ability. However, there are times when you encounter rude and demanding customers. Given the challenges we've all faced with the COVID situation, it's important to be considerate and understanding, especially toward the hardworking employees who are doing their best to assist us. I frequently visit this restaurant, and they have consistently followed COVID regulations, making me feel safe. Each time, I have received excellent service.

Ordered on app 524pm to be ready at 638pm. No notification ever came. 710pm they said one pizza was ready so I figure the rest will come out soon. 739pm i check to follow up and they couldn't find my order. Let's see if I even get a refund. Also workers in the back wearing visors having hair 4-5 inches long and NO HAIR NETS.

For being a busy spot and a way crowded shopping area, you would think the owner of this one would actually have the help to supply the pizza. Always a wait no matter what time of day, you make the business... give your employees more hours. Never had a problem with the food or service just feel bad they have no help.

The hours listed are incorrect. I visited on June 18, 2022, at 10:30 PM, only to find the restaurant closed, even though the posted hours indicate it should be open until 11 PM. Please update your hours, as this resulted in a waste of time, gas, and an unfulfilled craving. Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered a thin crust at 10:20 (40 mins before closing) I got there at 10:40 pizza was ready. I get home and uncover this beauty. I was on the fence about thin crust but this thing's awesome, I mean just look at it!

I must give props to the crew here as they are working hard to crank out the pizzas. The front counter staff are friendly and professional. Pleas cut them some slack when you visit.

I stopped by to grab some takeout after work. The guy behind the counter was really friendly and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name.

Usually pretty good, ordered pizza said 14 minutes 27 minutes later we get it? And how do you run out of wings? And then they put the pizza in the box sloppy. Go to Pizza 101!!! Reserva una mesa ahora

The sign states that you close at 10:00, so why were the doors locked at 9:30? If you advertise being open until 10:00, then please make sure to stay open until that time.
