This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had! They rarely have pizzas ready, and the staff often seem unsure of what to do. They definitely need better training in their roles. I used to work at a Little Caesars in Provo, and we always made more pizzas when we noticed our stock getting low. After we sold a pepperoni or cheese pizza, we would make another right away, so we always had them available. However, at this location, more than half the time when I try to buy a pizza, there’s nothing ready, and they inform me that there will be over a 30-minute wait for the hot and ready pizzas. She told me before i paid it was going to be 15 minutes then i waiting for her to ring me up for 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni pizza!? The absolute worst customer service. I am baffled. Requested a cheese pizza, said they didn?t have any only pepperoni. I then Identified that they didn?t close for another hour and twenty minutes so I gave the suggestion that I would wait for mypreferred order. The young woman stated it would take 15 minutes and was not happy I told her I would wait. Paid and said ?waitwherever you want?. I will never be coming back to this location. Update: got the pizza. Man that brought it out was very politeand thanked me for waiting. It made me feel really bad for him working with these young bratty teenagers. Pizza unfortunatelywas extremely undercooked. Open the boxes before you leave it 's probably burnt pizza. Store ran by teenagers, I know it 's hard to find employees, but once quality goes so low, I 'll be ashamed to charge more than $15 like we did,. We went to show them how bad was, almost no cheese and burnt and we brought them a different company pizza we had at home from day before and compared with their pizza to showthem how bad little Caesars was. I love the fact you get your pizza fast and it's hot. The staff at the Red Cliffs store are awesome.Parking: There's parking spots in front and because it's in a strip mall, there's plenty of parking out in the parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking right in front as well as a ramp for individuals in a wheelchairs.
