The worst place to not order a manager no lead supervisor everyone is there phone! Customer service is terrible! She told me before I paid that it would be 15 minutes, then I wait for her to ring me on 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni pizza!? She turns right on her phone!?? 1h and 30min still wait and I wonder I get a little soda to wait and she said everyone is waiting, so I said thank you for your service and on your phone like two other employees! I would never recommend ever ordering from this place two other customers wait 45 minutes before picking them said it was ready! What a pizza place! Pizzahütte was next door, I would recommend it for fast fast fast fast fast accurate service..
The most bad customer service. I'm broken. Had a cheese pizza requested, they said they had not only pepperoni. I then realized that she was not closed for another hour and twenty minutes, so I gave the suggestion that I would wait for my preferred order. The young woman said it would take 15 minutes and was not happy that I told her I would wait. Payed and said ?wait wherever you want?. I never come to this place again. Update: got the pizza. Man who brought it out was very polite and thanked me for waiting. I really felt bad for him to work with these young braid teenagers. Pizza was unfortunately extremely understated. There had to be 10 minutes in the oven.
Open the boxes before you leave, probably burned pizza. Store ran off teenagers, I know it's hard to find employees, but as soon as quality goes so low, I'm ashamed to charge more than $15 like us. We wanted to show them how bad it was, almost no cheese and burned and we brought them another company pizza we had at home from day before and compared to their pizza to show them how bad Caesars was. Worst customer service ever!!! We have ordered from this site for 10 years and never had a problem. The place is run by children. That's the second time I had a problem. To begin ordering the telephone line did not go through, so I went through the drive thru. I was told 10 to 15 minutes. In 45 minutes because they burned the first pizza.
