Little Caesars Pizza

I'm a pizza lover like most people who read it. I love ordering reliable, friendly pizza places. This place is not reliable. Besides the fact that the homeless at the door will harass you in and out, this place has a terrible habit, not the pizza ordered online on the pizza portal. I'm ordering online so I'm SKIP THE LINE. I want the notification that my pizza is ready when it's ready. I don't want to notify 30 minutes after picking up that she couldn't put it in the pizza portal. Too often I have ordered from this special place, wait for the notification that my pizza is done so that I can grab it and go. Today was the last time. I waited until the later part of my ETA was tired so I went in. After it happened to the homeless, who announced all who went for change or a soda, I waited another 10 minutes to make my way to the counter while listening to the staff, over falling pizzas and closing Asap. People who can call in their orders can enjoy dealing with it, but when the Little Caesars app advertisements skip the line and convenience of the pizza portal it a bit annoying. 2 stars because the quality of the pizza is still good.

Very unorganized there is always one employee actually working while the others just stand in the back. I've ordered pick up twice and both times I never received an order update and my order wasn't even in the portal where it should be if ordering online. My pizza was just sitting out and to top it off the pizza was cold. I even arrived about 10 minutes after estimated time to make sure it was ready. Then again how would I know its ready if the order doesnt get updated until after I'm home and the pizza is all gone. First time I thought it was a fluke since they're most likely busy. The second time is when i knew there is definitely something wrong. I'd rather drive a few more minutes to a different location then have to deal with their long waits. Also, good luck ever getting through to them over the phone.

Avoid this place at all costs!!!! There is a Dominos right on the street trust me is worth paying a few more dollars. This place is very disorganized it takes more than 30 minutes to get your pizza. Staff are on the phone, while customers wait more than usual. I think I'm partly the fault, because this is the second time that this happens to me in this place. Avoid walking people to Domino's

They are not selling what they advertise. The pizza they put out of this store has been for lower quality than ever before. It's time to switch to a different store of maybe different company all together.

In 2 you get a pizza and wing. They had absolutely nothing. The waiting period was quoted 30 min-1 hour. I waited at least 30 minutes if not anymore.
