Little Caesars Pizza

Third update: You now have a sign on the door that they only have online orders. Ordered online, but not yet in time.... unfortunately I can not give less than one star. Second update: I'm still here because it's close to the house. But I went there tonight and they were out of everything. I offered to wait and they said they had no dough to make pizzas? Updated: Although I was vaccinated, they needed me to wear a mask. Good offer to feed the children when we have an overnight stay. But I ordered half cheese and half perfume and they changed me $2.25 extra because I did not pepperoni to half the pizza. I know it's not much money, but don't give me less and calculate me more.

Management at this location must lead from the front. The blatant pick up of the phone will test the wrong people patience one day. This is not a good business practice with today's technology, a polite speech message that the hours of operation, or we are busy making fresh pizza with a limited staff, plz place an online order and we look forward to seeing you soon. It's not rocket science. It's called customer service. The last pizza I got looked like it was thrown into the box, beacused that the topping had slipped on one side. Quality Products Service continues!

I paid for a pizza and crazy bread I never received because they cancel my order 10 minutes after it was accepted to arrive!! You did nothing to solve the problem after two of them promising to regain the order, and leaving 2 voice mail to companies because they don't want to deal with their anger, much less even apologise or do it right! Everyone knows the owners of this franchise because I want to contact them and tell them how bad their customer service is!

10/15/21 6:38 PM on a Friday and I couldn 't order in person, but she has to take online orders. That 's great for customer service. The first and last time coming to this location. A young man just placed a sign in the door as I 'm sitting in my car that that they 're not taking lobby orders. That sign would have been helpful 15 minutes ago when I walked into the lobby and was ignored by the misguided girl with the pigtails.

Every time I order a pizza from them, the whole middle of the pizza is never completely cooked and like a spicy dough. Would recommend and will not go back there.
