My dad placed an order to Winfield, AL Pizza hut yesterday, on 10/22, and called and spoke to someone on the phone, and they told him it would be ready in like 20 minutes. So, he went to pick it up, one lady was outside in the parking lot smoking, and he pulls up to the window, a woman opens it, and she doesn 't say anything and just stares at him angrily, and then he says he had an order, and the woman doesn 't even look for it and says It isn 't here. And he says he called 20 minutes ago, and she still gave him attitude and asked if he ordered some other way, and he said no, and she was still rude and said Well, we don 't have it. He asked to speak to the manager, and she said I AM the man...
I ordered two meat lover’s pan pizzas with extra cheese and added mushrooms. What we received were two leftover pizzas that barely had three mushrooms and five slices of pepperoni each, all on a standard crust. There was no Canadian bacon, and even the sauce was dried out when we tried to eat it. It seemed like the mushrooms and sausage were added after the pizza was cooked and then reheated. It was terrible. I called the manager, and there were two employees both named Crystal on duty. One of them was sitting outside on the curb, smoking and using her cellphone when we arrived. We ended up eating a couple of slices and then threw the rest away. I've had pizza that was two days old that tast...
Called our order in ahead sit in line at least 20.minutes after waiting 20 min at least to get it .didn't complain a bit but I asked for 2 cups of garlic butter sauce he told me that would be 2.18 ! To which I replied are u serious after the wait we just waited and didn't complain a bit .until he said he couldn't give me 2 litte cups of sauce for 40 min wait time for a pizza .that is ridiculous as long as we had to wait for our food and couldn't give us 2 little cups of sauce guys name was Jamie r.thats not how u treat customers that have been nice and patient !!
The last 2 times my family has went to the winfield location they refused service. Tonight was the final straw. We went at 935 and they refused to cook our order. We only wanted 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni. The lady was rude. She said we only have 2 peopleworking. Do not recommend this restaurant. Save your money and aggravation. It's summer time we eat late. Guess some otherbusiness will get our business.

I had a really disappointing experience with the service, particularly from one of the older staff members. It took way too long for her to take my order, and I felt very rushed when I finally got the chance to speak. I'm considering contacting customer service to express my concerns, and I encourage others to do the same if they feel similarly. I truly hope they address this issue.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was consistently great, and the service was friendly. It was my first time there, and the staff were really nice. I particularly enjoyed their cheese sticks and pizza.
I ordered the cheese bread, but it was so hard that I couldn't even take a bite. I ended up throwing it away. It used to be good, so I hope they can improve their staff.
I ordered a Meat Lovers PAN pizza and drove from Fayette to pick it up, only to find out it was HAND TOSSED, which I really dislike!
