This Little Caesar's use to be my go to spot for pizza, crazy bread etc.. since I live walking distance, but the employees don't care about the pizzas they make at this spot, I've gotten raw pizza, burnt pizza, or crazy bread that looked like scraps tossedin a bag not like the usual strips of bread. The employees are goofy kids that don't care and too busy yelling in the back orplaying around with their cell phones. The manager doesn't care either, I recommend going to a different location if you want adecent experience
I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. I called around 10:15 PM to place a phone order, but was informed they weren't taking any more orders since they were close to closing at 11 PM. I decided to drive there anyway, but when I arrived at 10:29 PM, I was told they wouldn’t be making any more food because they were about to close, even though they still had 30 minutes until closing time. The service was very lacking, and I definitely won't be returning.
Worst experience at little ceases ever the little short Asian guy was putting down his coworker while they were slam me and a couple other people are just waiting in line and 20 minutes go by and the girl comes up to us so we can’t take no more orders then the customers and employees got into it. I just left with no pizza. Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible management, poor establishment they have no care for customers at all
Ordered a pizza through the app which connects with door dash to deliver it waited an hour and paid for the delivery fees only to receive the wrong pizza. Couldn?t eat dinner because I used the money I had for that night. I would?ve ate the pizza but itwas a nasty and plain cheese pizza. Tried calling to ask for a replacement because I wanted the correct order and after an hourand 1/2 still no answer. Worst service ever had.

The customer service was disappointing. I arrived at 9:15 PM and requested a pizza topped with extra mushrooms. However, I was informed that they could only make pepperoni pizzas after 9:30 PM. This policy doesn’t really add up! They should definitely mention this in their advertisements and explain it clearly in their TV commercials!
I went in to order pizza and was planning to buy seven stuffed crust pizzas, but the person at the front informed me that they don't make custom pizzas during the last hour. I was taken aback—how inconsiderate! It just seems like a lack of effort on their part.
Staff members in the kirchen laughing, playing and eating with hands. Eating with hands, cleaning them on shirt and touching the food that's being served to customers. This is so upsetting and disgusting.
I had the pleasure of being served by Rosely today. She was extremely kind and truly deserves a raise. Even while juggling six other tasks, she stayed polite and attentive throughout my order.
