The pizza at Little Caesars is so good that I nearly got held up while waiting in the drive-thru! However, I've noticed some troubling changes recently. There seems to be a serious shortage of staff—maybe due to the safety concerns at the drive-thru? On my last few visits, only one employee was working, causing long wait times. I also saw multiple pizzas being thrown away, not because they were burnt, but because the toppings were overcooked. Ordering online in advance doesn’t work well either; I got an email saying my order was ready, only to find out they hadn’t even started baking it. This location really needs improvement—it was great just a year ago.
pizza so well I was almost robbed while I waited in the car thru! edit: I don't know what happened here, but it seems to be a heavy lack of coworkers. Maybe because people are almost robbed in the car thru? At least, the last few paintings I went, only one person worked and waits were long. nothing had been prepared and I saw that the worker has thrown away several dead who have not burned a crust, but I guess the toppings were overcooked. it is not good to order online. the email that the order says is wrong and it is more likely that the order has not even begun to bake. this place needs help! a year ago they were fantastic.
This will be the last time I use the app to order for pick-up. Every order has taken an hour or more past the promised ready time before I actually receive it. Often, they don’t start making my order until I get to the store. Then I’m told it will be ready in 15 minutes, but after waiting that long, I’m told to wait another 15 minutes. On top of that, my order was once canceled without any notice.
Ordered a thin crust pepperoni at 3:29pm. I was told 25 mins. I came back at 4:06pm and was told another 15 min wait. They need to shut down!!! If the computers aren?t working, the excuse is the oven broke down. Lies in my opinion. Most times it?s cash only. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! Canceled order. I?d give them no stars if possible.

This restaurant urgently requires improved management. The owner should think about hiring additional staff, bringing in more experienced employees, or offering on-the-job training for new hires to ensure smooth operations. If these adjustments aren't implemented, it might be better to close the restaurant altogether.
I ordered an appetizer and ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes, only to find out that they had prepared only three pizzas. Instead of the deep dish pizza I requested, I received two small sausage pizzas that tasted worse than the pizza I remembered from high school. It was quite disappointing.
This restaurant urgently needs management to step in. The owner should think about hiring more staff, bringing in more experienced employees, or personally training new hires to enhance the operations. Without these changes, closing the business might be the best option.
I ordered off the app. I waited 10 extra mins and they still only had 3 pizzas done and instead of giving me 1 deep dish sausage. She gave me 2 lunch sausage pizzas that tasted worse then high school pizza.

Pizza is good, not great but good. Employees try but need more help. Usually only 2 if them working but will do whatever u ask of them.
