The staff member at the counter was very rude. On another occasion, I returned just a few minutes after 11 AM, and even though she saw me, she refused to open the door. Two other customers arrived, expecting the place to be open as well. We ended up waiting for over 15 minutes before deciding to sit in our cars. Eventually, she opened a side door, but we still had to wait for service. One of the gentlemen mentioned that he had tried calling but got no response, and the phone wasn’t being answered while we were waiting either. During my wait, I also noticed how dirty the store was; the floors, counters, coolers, doors, and windows were all filthy. I definitely won't be returning to this locat...
I wish I could actually get the food that’s advertised here. I placed an online order for crazy puffs, but the woman who took my order gave me crazy bread instead, claiming she didn't know how to make the puffs. There was no offer of a refund, just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. Fast forward two weeks, and when I walked in, the first thing she said was, "I’m not making any crazy puffs." The doors are frequently locked during business hours, and it seems the owner doesn't prioritize the quality of the food. Given how the staff treats customers, I can't imagine they are kind to their employees either. I would recommend avoiding this place!
The restaurant often closes during regular hours but keeps its online ordering system active. It's best to call ahead before placing an order to confirm that the location is open, even at 5 PM on a Sunday. Moving forward, I will likely choose a different store, as this location has proven to be unreliable, even when they are open.
The person working seemed frustrated and unwilling to cook to order. Said firmly he was NOT cooking any new orders and it was only a little after 5 pm. I will NOT be shopping there ever again. If I could I'd give zero stars.

Employees take 10 minutes to count out .35 cents in change, a hour to make a pizza. Very very poorly managed. Terrible customer service. They need to fire the entire staff.
Extremely unorganized. Very long wait for everything, as well as inaccurate hours and bad customer service from employees. #whereistheowner?
One of the word pizza places in all metro Detroit area , management is the worst they don’t care about anything….
