I will NEVER go to this location again. Driving home from the city 15 minutes from home, I decided to call and place an order but the phone rings and goes to voicemail. Figuring they were extremely busy. I waited a few minutes called back with the same result. Called two more times with a few minutes in between each call with the same result. Figured maybe I had the wrong phone number so I decided to stop in to the store to place my order. When I got there, there was only one customer inside waiting for his order and both employees we're in the back of the store carrying on a conversation. I attempted calling the same number again lo and behold the phone in the store rings but neither employ...
Carmello was incredibly accommodating and attentive to my specific needs. He was quick and efficient, helping me get in and out swiftly. The atmosphere was lively and vibrant, complemented by fast service. Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant and would definitely recommend it to others.
I give this place zero stars, when I walked in there the teenager was blasting rap music, never going back to this location again, rap music is the antichrists music. The devils music and it effects costumer service skills and how they make the pizzas. It drives decent moral and holy people away.
What a difference! The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is young and vibrant, and the food is good at a great price point. The staff is young, yet capable, warm, and professional. So glad we have this Little Caesar's in our community, and kudos to the new management! Keep up the great work!

The person who took my order was friendly and helpful, and the lovely professional woman who assisted me was genuinely kind. It's been a while since I've had such a wonderful experience with a team and a restaurant like this. I will definitely be coming back!

Carmello was a very helpful person and understanding to my weird needs. He was very fast. I was a walk in. I drove my bobtail in there ordered and was out the door. It's 654 pm on a busy night. They need more like him working
The service was quite slow, taking about 5 minutes per customer. With four cars ahead of us, we ended up waiting 20 minutes. The prices have increased again, and the pizza was just okay.

Bensenville Caesars is the best! It’s never dry or cold. Always hot and ready super savory and makes my Friday nights extra special. Good job kids!
