I will NEVER go to this location again. Driving home from the city 15 minutes from home, I decided to call and place an order but the phone rings and goes to voicemail. Figuring they were extremely busy. I waited a few minutes called back with the same result. Called two more times with a few minutes in between each call with the same result. Figured maybe I had the wrong phone number so I decided to stop in to the store to place my order. When I got there, there was only one customer inside waiting for his order and both employees we're in the back of the store carrying on a conversation. I attempted calling the same number again lo and behold the phone in the store rings but neither employ...
The service at this restaurant is not great. The server has an attitude when you place your order. They forgot to provide the sauce that accompanies the cheesy bread, and when you ask for it, they react by yelling for the receipt and roughly handing you the sauce. The food is just okay, but the service is definitely lacking.
The person who took my order was friendly and helpful, and the lovely professional woman who assisted me was genuinely kind. It's been a while since I've had such a wonderful experience with a team and a restaurant like this. I will definitely be coming back!
Avoid this location at all costs. All the five-star ratings for this place seem to be fake and paid promotions. This establishment does not deserve to carry the Little Caesars name. The pizza was awful. If I could give a rating of -5, I absolutely would.

This is the cleanest pizza restaurant I’ve ever encountered. The entire kitchen is visible, and everything is always neat and well-organized. However, the staff has changed recently, and it feels different now.
Fantastic service! Karen at the counter is outstanding. She clearly knows her stuff and keeps everything running seamlessly, making sure customers are served promptly.

Bensenville Caesars is the best! It’s never dry or cold. Always hot and ready super savory and makes my Friday nights extra special. Good job kids!
