I scheduled an order online approximately one hour before I went to pick it up. I arrived, walked inside, and a lady(customer)was at the counter calling out to any employees, but none were in sight. I could hear some ladies in the back talking loud but could not make out what they were saying. My order was in the kiosk, but the door would not open after a successful entry of the provided code. It only beeped and made a noise but would not open. After 4 attempts and no employees attending the front, I had to force the door open to retrieve my order. Horrible place!! Employees were eating in the back. Which is no issue. THE ISSUE I HAVE IS SEEING ONE OF THE GIRLS EATING IN THE BACK AND LICKING HER FINGERS THEN WALKS UP TO THE FRONT TO TAKE AN ORDER!! DIDNT EVEN WASH HER HANDS THEN WENT TO THE BACK AND TOOK OUT A PIZZA OUT OF THE OVEN TO CUT IT!! DIDNT PUT ANY GLOVES ON OR WASH HER HANDS! I asked for a refund. Was told I couldn't get one because they didn't know how. I know I wasted money. But I threw the food in the trash. I was not about to eat that food after seeing that!! Never again!! I used the app to order, and paid extra for additional toppings. When I arrived, I walked in got the pizza and left and none of the employees even attempted to greet me or see if I needed anything else. I got back to work and realized the extra toppings I paid for were not on the pizza, and whoever made the pizza missed the training day on how to distribute toppings across the pizza. If you're looking for a delicious dinner option, I highly recommend trying the pepperoni pizza. It was exceptional and well worth the price! The service was also top-notch, making the entire experience even better. The atmosphere, even for take-out, was inviting and pleasant. A great choice overall!

Waited for 3 pizzas for 30 minutes was in the drive through didn't see anybody after thr first 10 minutes and had to call the store to remind them I was outside. Also paid for extra cheese on all three and didn't get extra it was like the normal hot and ready amount. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Delicious, freshly made pizza! The customer service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. I would rate the food and service both a 5. The atmosphere was also nice, so I'd give it a 4.
