My fiance was waiting outside to get the pizza for 20 minutes. There were 2 names on the portal, and a lady went got her pizza thinking it was working. So you waited 20 minutes, because 20 people ordered, and got pizzas. He made his way to the counter, and ask about the portal the kid told him no it wasn 't working. he asked for the name on the order, and he brought the order to my fiance. My fiance suggested to put a note, and he shrugged his shoulders. My fiance asked for a manager. So the Manager came up stated he just found out the portal wasn 't working.
