Do not come here. It has been a few years since I visited this location because of multiple previous service failures. I decided to give it another try. Tried to call the store to see if they are open and available for inside pickup if I order through the app. Nobody answered. Drove there and asked at the window if I could order through the app and I think she indicated I could. Drove back to the front, tried to order and it said the store is not accepting online orders. Went back to the window and placed the order. The crazy bread could have been confused for croutons, probably were made sometime in the morning (it was ~8:30 at night). The pizza was OK but somewhat undercooked. The crazy sauce was good. Overall I don't feel that corporate much less the franchise owner cares at all about this store because customers still visit it. The person who took the order was nice, order was accurate, and it did come out pretty fast. No reason to for them to waste money on a phone because they don't answer it and never did in the past. You can't go inside to pickup and can't order on the app even though the phone prompts you to MULTIPLE times. Its sad because Little Caesar's used to be really good and this store could possibly be really good at some point in the future but the only way to fix it is to hit the owners bottom line by not visiting this location and hope a new franchisee takes over who actually cares about providing a great product.
Cheating employees out of hours and cooking the books. Personally witnessed the hours shaving. Someone did it remotely. Then the chaos in the environment. Fair warning before you go. This place you may wanna steer clear, but if you do go. Do not go without some form of defense. Its a shame that the upper management wont do anything. I do not suggest working for ampler at any rate or capacity. I lasted about 3 months then it was either leave peacefully or get stuck in a self defense situation.Parking: Handfull of spaces.
