Decided to change from Pizza Hut to Little Caesars today because the kids wanted crazy bread. Only my second Little Caesars experience at Whitehall. Ordered on-line but encountered problems with the website. Error message recommended we contact the restaurant to complete order. The restaurant manager refused to honor online prices. I could hear her shouting at the employee what sounded like I could go somewhere else then. We'll stick with Pizza Hut Papa Johns. Thanks to the manager for clarifying their business position.
We weren't even busy, yet we waited an incredibly long time for our order. A woman looked our way but completely ignored us afterward. She was quite rude during her phone call, and when she finally came to help us, the experience was far from pleasant.
The food at Little Caesars is what you'd expect, but the staff really stood out. They were working incredibly hard to meet the demands of customers. A big shoutout to this dedicated team who clearly were short-handed!
Typical small Caesars food, but the employees worked out their butt to maintain customer requirements. Kudos to this hard working group, which was obviously understated.

every time I go to this little caesars, they always have hot and ready and they have good service in contrast to the small caesars in the north muskegon
The food was fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection. The Crazy Brot was particularly impressive, and the pizza was absolutely worth every dime.
My favorite thin crust Ultimate Supreme pizza is consistently freshly made, piping hot, and delicious.
