Little Caesars Pizza In W

Arrived to find that management decided today would be drive thru only. After twenty minutes in the drive thru line, when I got to the window an employee informed me that they were still preparing the order that had been placed ahead of time and I should pull into a parking spot and wait for someone to bring out my order. After another twenty minutes of waiting, I got back in the drive thru line, a longer line than it was when I first got in line. Upon arriving at the window, I was informed they were still making the order.

It took too long to at least say; I will be right with you . In fact I waited like 10 minutes on the intercom before someone said something. After that, it took another 5 minutes at the window for someone to come out and speak, at the window. Total, 15 to 20 minutes wasted unnecessarily, in addition for the time waiting to get my order ready, I understand they were maybe busy . But just by saying something; everything would be fine, because we understand when it gets busy. Silence brings a message.

The last two times I've shopped here, it took over an hour to get my food when I ordered online and it said between 15 or 20 minutes. They had to make 3 trips each time to get my entire order when the first time it was 3 items, 3 pepperoni puffs, and the second time, I orders 3 pizzas and 2 puffs. The person who brought our order was very rude and It was an unpleasant experience altogether

So, I ordered online and received an email stating that my order was ready. I showed up, and my code was invalid, but my food was in the portal. Take a look at what I received. Not only was it burnt, but it was hard. So disappointed. Not good advertising Reserva una mesa ahora

Drive thru, was very packed, waited in drive thru line to pay, then to be pulled to sit and wait some more. Food was great, staff was friendly. Just a long wait for first come first serve fresh delish pizza

The hot and readies are always great on my way home from work. The people are always friendly. The only thing is there are sometimes homeless people. Next door using their restroom outside.

Workers seemed too high to comprehend what was happening and we had the smell of weed fill our vehicle within seconds of the guy opening the drive thru window

They didn't have any hot an ready cheese pizzas. We ordered two of them took 45 minutes. Waiting in line. Manger had a good spirit though. Reserva una mesa ahora

Took 46 minutes to get order when I could clearly see 20some pizzas ready 10 or so breads ready.

I love going shopping there, they are always very kind, kind and friendly
