Little Italy - Reservar una mesa

Just want to make a quick update, we've been back several times and I tried their lasagna and it is to die for, best lasagna I have ever eaten, you've got to try it. This is mine and my wife's first visit to Little Italy. A first impression as we walked in side the front area was the glass door was really dirty, we almost turned and left but we decide to push through to see if the restaurant was dirty, it wasn't. If it had been we would have left, but it is a cozy little place, we chose to sit in a booth. The place is warm and inviting with a fire in the fireplace in the middle of the restaurant. My and sister I decided to take an impromptu road trip for dinner and ended up in Evansville, Indiania Little Italy. The owner, Carlos, is fantastic! He came out to the table and welcomed us to his restaurant when he found out we were from St.Louis. He sat and took pictures with us and talked for a little bit even while handling a full establishment. We had an excellent waitress named, Danielle, and, of course, the food was delicious. We felt very welcomed since we drove to Evansville, Indiania from St. Louis, Missouri and had never been there before. We will certainly make this trip to come back and visit this very restaurant again and again. #Supportlocallyownedrestaurants #WeAreWelcomed

The food was very good! Large portions and served very hot and the service was pretty good, but not great. The house salad was terrible, consisting of only onions, leaf lettuce, black olives and tomato; but, they did take it off the bill for me. Our only major complaint was about the very poorly behaved children seated near us. I wish the manager would have had enough spine to ask the mothers to control their kids.

Great little Italian Place. Fabulous warm atmosphere with a fireplace burning in the middle of the building! All homemade dishes that tasted Amazing! You can tell the sauces are all made in house and are scrumptious! The waitresses are all very friendly and personable as well. We really enjoyed our visit and we will be back!

I don't know why the reviews on breadsticks because ours were served hot and the pesto dipping was also good! It's true that the House salad is excellent! We ordered the Stromboli and it was fantastic and so big we could only eat half! Definitely one of the northside's hidden treasures.
