Ordered delivery and restaurant screwed up order and left an item out. Called about the order and they seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. Chicken parm with vodka sauce sandwich was cold (not due to delivery seems they didn't heat up enough inside of chicken was cold). It wasn't good hardly any cheese. Deli cheese had black markings as if machine blades weren't cleaned after cutting ham and black ham trimming rubbed off on the cheese. Judging by the ratings I am sure they do some things well but overall I had a negative experience. I wish them well but they need to learn every customer experience matters. Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and please, do not waste your time. My nine year old nephew could have made better spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce is watered down and absolutely unseasoned. Not a speck of salt, pepper, basil, NOTHING. The meatballs have little seasoning and are teeny tiny. The garlic bread is $4 for a BARELY buttered hero. I didn't taste any garlic. I did not have the chance to take a picture because I was aggravated and threw it out immediately. Complete waste of money.
BEWARE THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS Yeah, strong no on this one. They tried to charge me $50 for three breakfast sandwiches. I asked the dude to point out on the menu where the mythical $17 breakfast sandwiches were, and dude turned around and started playing on a tablet saying that was the delivery price. My man, I'm literally standing directly in front of you placing my order where's the delivery?
Luigi was incredibly accommodating and professional when he organized our family celebration last week. The food was outstanding, and it was such a relief that he had everything arranged, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing! My new favorite deli! My team has been eating here at least once a week because the food is fantastic. The hero sandwiches are fresh, and the portions are generous. The salads and sides are also excellent. I highly recommend this place!
The food is always fresh and delicious. We ordered the chicken parmesan for dinner, and everyone absolutely loved it. The side of eggplant rollatini was a perfect complement—definitely a crowd favorite! I highly recommend this place!
Long Island is a place full of good Italian delis. But I have to say Little Lorenzo's Deli is my favorite and it is an amazing place with amazing food!
had only their chicken parmigiana and auberginen rolatini. it was delicious. would definitely come back!
